Where are you located?

Our container storage facility is located in a secure area on our Burrow Farm. We are conveniently situated just 5 miles outside of Exeter and 3 miles from Exeter airport and science park. The M5 and A30 are also just minutes away.

What shipping containers are available?
We offer storage in premium quality weatherproof shipping containers, treated with internal Grafo-therm anti-condensation coating to reduce condensation. All storage containers are 20ft. Further specification:
  • Unit dimensions (L x H x W in feet): 20’ x 8’ x 8’ Size 160 square feet
  • Double doors with 4 locking bars with waist high door handles for ease of use
  • Grafo-therm anti-condensation coating to reduce condensation
  • Factory fitted lock box
  • Corten Steel Construction
How secure is the site?

Security is extremely important to us. Our site is monitored 24 hours a day by a multipoint CCTV security system. The compound is accessed via a locked gate and we have staff living on site all year. We also live on site so there is always someone on hand to help if needed. You can be rest assured that your belongings are kept as secure as possible at all times. All containers must be locked with a padlock. You have complete control. You are the only keyholder.

How often and when can I access the container?

Access to the site is limitless. We recognise that you that you might need access to you unit outside of normal office hours so we offer FREE 24 hour access to your storage unit 7 days a week.

What am I responsible for?

You are responsible for getting your contents to and from the container, securing your container with a padlock and adequately insuring the contents. We maintain the containers and CCTV on the site.

Can we drive our van/lorry up to the container?

Our site is easily accessible with plenty of space for manoeuvring large vehicles. You can drive your vehicle straight up to our units which provides for easy and hassle free loading and unloading.

Do we need contents insurance?

We ask that all of our customers fully insure everything in their storage units. This gives everyone peace of mind in the unlikely event of a problem. We are unable to insure your goods whilst in storage. If you have any queries over insurance please get in touch.

How much does a storage container cost?

Our 20ft storage containers are prices at £30 per week. We offer very competitive prices for storage of personal and business items, we are often more affordable than larger national companies.

How long must I rent a storage container for?

We are flexible over the length of time you need storage for. We will not tie you into a lengthy contract. All that we ask is that you give us a minimum notice of 1 week when you wish to stop leasing your container and that you leave it in the same clean condition as you found it.
